Terms of Use
Updated 8 November 2026.
These terms cover the game at crownsandrealms.com and the field manuals at forum.crownsandrealms.com. Creating an account, playing, or buying a Donator Pack means you agree to them. Privacy and cookies are described on their own pages.
The world
Crowns & Realms is a fictional persistent world. One account has one life. Gold, houses, wolves, and titles are part of the game. They are not real property and they cannot be cashed out. The manuals explain the current rules. When the game and a manual disagree, the game is what you are playing, and the manual should be brought up to date.
The world can change. Rules, prices, and places can be adjusted. A full wipe is not a casual act, but it can happen if the world must be repaired. Play is offered as it stands. Nothing here takes away rights that the law of your country does not allow a contract to take away.
Your account
You choose a username and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password to yourself. Do not register if you are under 16. Do not register on behalf of a child.
Do not attack the service, probe it for access you were not given, use stolen accounts, or run bots that farm, flood, or break the world for other players. We can suspend or close an account that does those things, or that is used to harass other players outside ordinary play.
Donator Pack
If a Donator Pack is offered, the price and the effect are shown on the character sheet before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe. The pack is a digital convenience delivered to that character as soon as the payment is confirmed. By paying, you ask for that immediate delivery and you acknowledge that the usual 14-day withdrawal right for digital services ends once the pack has been granted. If the charge succeeds and the pack is not granted, write to [email protected] and we will grant it or refund the charge.
The manuals
The field manuals are there to be read. You may quote a short passage with a link. You may not copy a whole manual onto another site and present it as your own, and you may not scrape the game.
